Fee Payment Policy
- Fees (payment in US$):
- Admission Fee, Enrollment Fee & Security Deposit: Payable once at the time of admission.
The fees once paid are not refundable or transferable. - School/Tuition Fee: Payable term wise. (2 terms; July to Dec & Jan to Jun).
- Miscellaneous Fee: Payment made annually, at the beginning of the Academic year (or when a new student joins mid-session).
- Registration Fee: Payment at the beginning of the Academic year for Grades 1, 7, 10 & 11.
- Admission Fee, Enrollment Fee & Security Deposit: Payable once at the time of admission.
- Payments:
- Once the student is accepted for admission, all payments are to be made immediately.
- All fees are charged TERM WISE. Students who leave school before the end of a term are required to pay the full term fees.
- All fees are to be paid by due date (10 Jun and 10 Dec), before the term ends, or before a new student attends school.
- Late fee. Fees that are not paid in time will be subject to a charge of 5% of the amount due. If the fees remain outstanding after 30 days, an interview with the Principal is required.
- Examination Fee: Required to be paid for the Board examinations as notified.
- Sibling Discount: Available to families who have two or more children enrolled at our school and who pay
the full fee by due date. This discount applies to the School/Tuition Fee of the youngest child as follows:
- For 2nd child: 10%
- For 3rd child: 20%
- For 4th and subsequent children: 30%
This rebate is valid till the time another child is studying at GMIS and shall be withdrawn/adjusted depending on the change in status brought about by withdrawal/passing out of other siblings.
Method of Payment
Fees are to be paid by bank deposit or by telegraphic transfer to BNI Renon, Bali. Any bank charges would be the responsibility of the payer. Please deposit/fax a copy of the transaction to GMIS, Bali, giving your child’s name and grade.
